Our start day for a weekly booking is Friday.    3 night breaks start on Friday and 4 night breaks start on Monday, though we are flexible, so please get in touch if you have any specific dates in mind.

For Bank Holiday weekends, please add 10%

Included in the price - All bed linen, towels, and heating. 

Appleyard Cottage is a non-smoking property.

Cancellation Policy:
A 25% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking, and the balance is payable six weeks before arrival. In the event of cancellation within 28 days of arrival, no monies will be refunded, unless we are able to re-let the accommodation. We do strongly recommend that you take out insurance against the possibility of cancellation.
